SC NPE Comparison between MC and Real data

Placed on the left-hand side is real data and on the right hand side is simulation.
After some more info. from experts, I added DOMcalibrator option and DOMcal file from previous pages
1) saturation level to safer value of 920 (previously 1022 is set).
2) option not to combine all channels but use channel not saturated.

As well as using updated domcal file. Also for the following realdata analysis, fat-reader is used as input data reader because specific domcal file is needed.

Green dashed line indicate FADC-NPE distribution which has larger value than that from ATWD.
Black dashed line indicate ATWD-NPE distribution which has larger value than that from FADC.
i.e. green dashed line plus black dashed line is the distribution of the best estimated NPE.
